The Central Asia-Caucasus Institute and the Silk Road Studies Program 
are proud
to announce the publication of "The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Pipeline: Oil 
Window to
the West".

This timely edited volume was published in conjunction with the opening 
of the
BTC pipeline in Baku, Azerbaijan, on May 25, 2005. The book consists of 
seven
chapters and 150 pages. Hard copies can be ordered at $15 including
