Project Title: Promotion of the civil society dialogue between EU and
Turkey.

The objectives of this project is to strengthen contacts and mutual
exchange of experience between civil society in the Member States and
Republic of Turkey; to ensure a better knowledge and understanding of
Turkey within the European Union, including Turkish history and culture,
thus allowing for a better awareness of the
opportunities and challenges of future enlargement; and to ensure a
better knowledge and understanding of the European Union within
Republic of Turkey, including the values on which it is founded, its
functioning and its policies.

The Project is based in Ankara and will have a duration of 2 years. 

RENOVA Consulting is currently seeking for 3 experts for this project:
1. Team Leader (Ref: TL-CSP)
2. Grant Scheme Expert (Ref: GSE-CSP)
3. Networking, Coordination and Communication Expert (Ref: Comm-CSP)

1. Requirements for the position of Team Leader: (Ref: TL-CSP)

Education:
. university degree in relevant areas,
. knowledge of PCM methodology,
. project management experiences,
. fluency in English,
. Turkish would be an asset 

General Experiences:
. min. 10 years of experience,
. min. 7 years of experience in EC tender and contracting procedures,
. min. 7 years experiences in project/programme design, planning,
mnagement/implement ation

Specific experiences:
. min. 7 years with managing EU projects involving NGOs,
. experience with preparation, management, implementation and
coordination of grant schemes in EU member states and/or new EU member
states,
. professional experience in Turkey will be an asset.

The Team Leader will be required for a minimum of 440 working days.

2. Requirements for the position of Grant Scheme Expert: (Ref: GSE- CSP)

Education:
. university degree in relevant areas,
. communication and reporting skills,
. project management experiences,
. fluency in English,
. Turkish would be an asset

General Experiences:
. min. 5 years of experience,
. min. 3 years of experience in preparation, promotion and
implementation of EU grant schemes,
. expertise in training, formal and informal of staff and grant
beneficiaries, preferably in application of grant schemes including PCM
methodology,
. experiences in designing, implementing monitoring and evaluation of
projects preferably in EU member states and/or candidates countries,
. experience in EU PCM approach

Specific experiences:
. minimum 3 years in EU tender and contracting procedures,
. practical experiences in management of EU projects, preferably under
DIS,
. professional experiences in Turkey and multi-sector experiences will
be considered as an asset

The Grant Scheme Expert will be required for a minimum of 440 working
days.

3. Requirements for the position Networking, Coordination and
Communication Expert: (Ref: Comm-CSP)

Education:
. university degree preferably in social sciences, public relations,
communications, journalism or in related fields

General Experiences:
. min. 5 years in organizing networking, publicity and awareness events,
. min. 5 years of experience in designing PR publication, experience in
working with the media and organization of PR activities,
. knowledge about strategic planning, knowledge in EU visibility rules

Fluency in English,
Specific experiences:
. min. 5 years of experiences in organizing national and international
events,
. knowledge of networking practices with information providers and
multipliers in Republic of Turkey,
. marketing and advertising experience, preferably of social events,
. minimum 5 years of experience in relations with media,
. experience in working with multipliers such as civil society, media,
decision makers etc

The Networking, Coordination and Communication Expert will be required
for a minimum of 220 working days.
