olunur.<BR><BR>Saygilarimla<BR>Ozlem Bayraktar<BR><BR>Project Title: Promotion
of the civil society dialogue between EU and Turkey.<BR><BR>The objectives of
this project is to strengthen contacts and mutual exchange of experience between
civil society in the Member States and Republic of Turkey; to ensure a better
knowledge and understanding of Turkey within the European Union, including
Turkish history and culture, thus allowing for a better awareness of
the<BR>opportunities and challenges of future enlargement; and to ensure a
better knowledge and understanding of the European Union within<BR>Republic of
Turkey, including the values on which it is founded, its functioning and its
policies.<BR><BR>The Project is based in Ankara and will have a duration of 2
years. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Garamond size=4>RENOVA Consulting is currently seeking for 3
experts for this project:<BR>1. Team Leader (Ref: TL-CSP)<BR>2. Grant Scheme
Expert (Ref: GSE-CSP)<BR>3. Networking, Coordination and Communication Expert
(Ref: Comm-CSP)<BR><BR>1. Requirements for the position of Team Leader: (Ref:
TL-CSP)</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Garamond size=4>Education:<BR>• university degree in relevant
areas,<BR>• knowledge of PCM methodology,<BR>• project management
experiences,<BR>• fluency in English,<BR>• Turkish would be an asset
<BR><BR></FONT><FONT face=Garamond size=4>General Experiences:<BR>• min. 10
years of experience,<BR>• min. 7 years of experience in EC tender and
contracting procedures,<BR>• min. 7 years experiences in project/programme
design, planning, mnagement/implement ation<BR><BR>Specific experiences:<BR>•
min. 7 years with managing EU projects involving NGOs,<BR>• experience with
preparation, management, implementation and coordination of grant schemes in EU
member states and/or new EU member states,<BR>• professional experience in
Turkey will be an asset.<BR><BR>The Team Leader will be required for a minimum
of 440 working days.<BR><BR>2. Requirements for the position of Grant Scheme
Expert: (Ref: GSE- CSP)<BR><BR>Education:<BR>• university degree in relevant
areas,<BR>• communication and reporting skills,<BR>• project management
experiences,<BR>• fluency in English,<BR>• Turkish would be an
asset<BR><BR>General Experiences:<BR>• min. 5 years of experience,<BR>• min. 3
years of experience in preparation, promotion and implementation of EU grant
schemes,<BR>• expertise in training, formal and informal of staff and grant
beneficiaries, preferably in application of grant schemes including PCM
methodology,<BR>• experiences in designing, implementing monitoring and
evaluation of projects preferably in EU member states and/or candidates
countries,<BR>• experience in EU PCM approach<BR><BR>Specific experiences:<BR>•
minimum 3 years in EU tender and contracting procedures,<BR>• practical
experiences in management of EU projects, preferably under DIS,<BR>•
professional experiences in Turkey and multi-sector experiences will be
considered as an asset<BR><BR>The Grant Scheme Expert will be required for a
minimum of 440 working days.<BR><BR>3. Requirements for the position Networking,
Coordination and Communication Expert: (Ref: Comm-CSP)<BR><BR>Education:<BR>•
university degree preferably in social sciences, public relations,
communications, journalism or in related fields<BR><BR>General Experiences:<BR>•
min. 5 years in organizing networking, publicity and awareness events,<BR>• min.
5 years of experience in designing PR publication, experience in working with
the media and organization of PR activities,<BR>• knowledge about strategic
planning, knowledge in EU visibility rules<BR><BR>Fluency in
English,<BR>Specific experiences:<BR>• min. 5 years of experiences in organizing
national and international events,<BR>• knowledge of networking practices with
information providers and multipliers in Republic of Turkey,<BR>• marketing and
advertising experience, preferably of social events,<BR>• minimum 5 years of
experience in relations with media,<BR>• experience in working with multipliers
such as civil society, media, decision makers etc<BR><BR>The Networking,
Coordination and Communication Expert will be required for a minimum of 220
