Hello!
A collaborator of AFRANE, a French humanitarian organization working in
Afghanistan, I am looking for somebody who could write a paper on the
"Turkish factor in Afghanistan", that is the situation in the Uzbek North
under Rashid Dostum, past and present relations between Turkey and
Afghanistan, the aftermath of Taliban rule in Northern Afghanistan, the
conditions of all turkic minorities in Afghanistan, relations with Hazaras,
Tajiks and Pashtuns etc.
Little is known on this subject so far.
Could you help me to find some one who would be interested in such a work.
If accepted, the paper would be published in a French translation
(preferably from the English, but possibly also from German, Russian or
Turkish) in the French "Nouvelles d'AFghanistan", which has been published
on a voluntary basis sonce the 1980's in France and is a recognized
periodical in its field.
