American University of Central Asia
is seeking an individual to fill the position of Chair, Journalism and
Mass Communications Department

Requirements include:
  * Western MA Degree in Journalism, Media Studies, Communications, or
    in related social science, or a Ph.D/Candidate of Science in a related
    field is preferred;
  * At least 5 years of teaching experience;
  * Experience in academic management is preferred;
  * Understanding of distinctive features of the American higher
    education system;
  * Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
  * Fluency in English and Russian.
