  Dear Colleague,

It's a pleasure to let you know that we're organizing the 6th International
Children and Communication Congress & 6th International Children Films
Festival "*Borders - Childhood and Beyond**" 19-21 October 2009*. As in the
previous years this unique activity will be a great opportunity to get
toghether and collaborate with the universities, academicians, many national
and international instutions, NGO's and individuals. To take part in it,
please contact us as soon as possible.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Due to the importance given to the publications, this year only the full
papers will be considered for presentation and publication. As usual, the
congress will be of interest to all national and international colleagues in
the communication profession, including interdisciplinary educational,
social and technological studies and all other related fields. We would be
grateful if you could help us to disseminate the information. Please pass on
this information to your colleagues, Ph.D. Candidates at your institution
and all other related ones in the field. If you would like to present a
paper and/or a poster, conduct a workshop, or participate in a panel
discussion related to the topic you are invited to visit the website
http://www.tiaistanbul.org/ and submit a proposal to tiaistanbul at gmail.com as
soon as possible.

The applications will be considered as soon as they arrive and the immediate
response will be given to the applications. The papers will be sent to three
referees to be evaluated in a week and only the ones having an average 6/10
as will be considered for presentation. You're also welcome to offer panels,
symposiums of your interest. The deadline of the program will be October 5,
2009 the latest. We believe that this conference will give the professionals
the opportunity to discuss the new theories, applications as well as the
recent research results. It would also provide an excellent setting to meet
colleagues from all over the world - other institutions and disciplines and
consider possibilities of collaborative studies.

*We would like toinvite you all to support this event either by presenting
papers, participating discussions or having workshops.*
