Conference: "Middle East & Caucasus: Peace and Security Resolutions",  
Istanbul, 12-13 November 2009.

The purpose of this International Conference is to discuss Peace and  
Security issues in the Middle East and Caucasus. After the Cold War  
period, these two regions have seen the eruption of severe ethnic,  
religious and political crises. A key question to consider, is how the  
restoration of peace and security partnership could be achieve in  
these regions with an evolution of the general political, economic,  
and military, environment of the Middle East and Caucasus as a central  
part of this discussion. Additional aspects for consideration will  
include: how international organizations react to the issues and what  
their solutions and analysis of problems the military aspects of the  
security and peace-keeping operations, terrorism and energy problems.

You are invited to submit an abstract to be considered for  
presentation to shape the program by sharing your knowledge and  
expertise with other security professionals from around the globe.
Leading experts gathered for intensive and wide-ranging discussions of  
current issues and conflicts facing increasingly interrelated regions  
of the Middle East Caucasus. The broad attendance at this conference  
by regional states and other key international participants  
demonstrates the international resolve to seize this important  
opportunity to advance peace and security peace in the Middle East and  
Caucasus which important corner of world energy resources.

The conference aims to be a discussion platform on possible solutions  
to the problems of security and peace in these regions.
