The Department of Languages and Cultures of Asia (LCA) at the University 
of Wisconsin-Madison seeks to hire a lecturer in Central Asian studies 
to teach Kazak and/or Uzbek through the third year in the 2008-09 
academic year. Preference given to applicants with prior 
university/college level language teaching experience and competence in 
teaching Central Asian languages, and knowledge of additional Central 
Asian Turkic languages.
