Erciyes University wishes to organize the second international symposium
relating to "Turkish- Armenian Relations" in May 2008 in order to get
better cooperation between Turkish and Armenian universities and
academicians and to prepare a better ground for the dialogue between
Turkish and Armenian states and to contribute to the regional peace as
much as it can afford.

The subject of the thought symposium will be "The Emergence of the
Armenian Nationalism in XIXth Century and the Policies of the Great
Powers".
Main themes and sub-themes will be as follows:
