[Bilimsel Haber] PhD Seminar and Conference

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

The Istituto per l'Europa Centro-Orientale e Balcanica, in association
with the University of Turku (Finland), the Institute for European Law
of the University of Graz (Austria), the Coimbra Group, the Katholieke
Universiteit Leuven (Belgium), the School for Policy Studies of the
University of Bristol (UK) and the Italian Association of Slavic Studies
is organising a seminar for European and Russian PhD students within the
framework of the project *"EU and the New Neighbours: in Search of a New
Relationship"*. Linked to the seminar, also a two days conference will
take place. The initiative is promoted with the support of the European
Commission.

Conference and the Call for Applicants.
