The Skilliter Centre for Ottoman Studies invites applications for an =
award of up to =A33,000 to support research in Ottoman studies.

Applicants must hold a doctorate and should preferably have subsequent =
research experience. The successful applicant will be based at the =
Skilliter Centre and will be expected to participate in the Centre?s =
annual seminar. The award, to be held in the period between January and =
June 2007, will normally be non-recurrent and should be used within =
twelve months of its being awarded.

Applicants should submit their CVs, together with a full account of the =
research for which they are seeking support to:
