Dear Friends or Colleagues,

We are sending out this special issue of our Newsletter to inform you
that the Journal of Southeastern Europe, which we are managing now, is
looking for co-operators and articles for its next issue. Please find
enclosed:

-The Call for Articles, which introduces the journal and its Boards
-The Notes for Contributors, a short list of the standards articles
should comply with
-The CVs of the Members of the Editorial Board.

Taking up this Journal is a great challenge and we are doing our
utmost to turn it into a first-class publication in this field. Please
spread the news insofar as possible.

We are looking forward to receiving your contributions soon.

Kindest regards,

--
