The first tanker-load of Caspian oil to flow through the Baku-Tblisi-Ceyhan
pipeline is scheduled to leave the Mediterranean port of Ceyan this spring.
Participants in the program--all contributors to last year's CACI 
publication on
the BTC Pipeline--will discuss the strategic importance, in both 
political and
economic terms, of this event for the world and for the countries along the
pipeline route.
