Dear Colleague,
It gives me great pleasure to inform you that the selection process for =
an internationally acclaimed programme MA in Euroculture is open.=20
The Master of Arts in Euroculture is an interdisciplinary, international =
programme involving ten renowned European universities. Its general aim =
is to focus on the cultural and social dimensions of modern Europe, and =
particularly on the functioning of the European Union.=20
The Euroculture courses present knowledge about European culture and the =
political governance of the EU, and therefore equip students with the =
cultural-reflexive competences necessary to analyse current =
transformations of Europe and the EU.
=20
The MA in Euroculture is an optionally two- or three-semester =
(respectively 60 or 90 ECTS-credits) programme addressed to students who =
want to study at the Centre for European Studies (CES) of the =
Jagiellonian University, as well as at one of our partner universities =
in Europe. The programme includes an Intensive Programme of ten days, =
which is fully integrated in the programme and plays a crucial role in =
directing it.=20
The programme is open to students who have successfully completed three =
years (Bachelor degree) of University academic work.
Closing date for applications is June 17, 2005.
