British Institute at Ankara
Project Initiation Funding: Ottoman and Turkish Republic Studies
=20
The British Institute at Ankara is pleased to announce a new funding =
round within its Project Initiation Funding scheme. In this round, the =
funds will be targeted specifically at pilot projects in the field of =
Ottoman and Turkish Republic Studies.
=20
These are small grants to allow exploratory visits, small-scale pilot =
fieldwork and collaboration discussions to identify local partners to =
develop projects and assess their feasibility. The primary outcome =
against which they will be assessed is future project designs and grant =
applications. In many or perhaps most cases, the future funding bodies =
may not include the BIAA.
