The Graduate School of Historical Studies at Tel-Aviv University
invites applications in a fast track, short notice review for a
post-doctoral fellowship in any field of Middle Eastern and North
African History. Applicants should have completed their PhD within the
past four years NOT at TAU. Deadline for submission of an Application
Statement (one page) and an Abbreviated CV (both as Word-file
attachments) is 7 February 2005, to begin on 1 March 2005 (or 1 October
2005), for one academic year, at USD15,000 (payable in NIS).

The Fellow is expected to teach (in English) one graduate seminar in
his/her field of specialization, deliver (in English) one public
lecture, and participate in School activities, such as colloquia and
workshops in MES.
