      Iletisim Publishing, Istanbul is preparing to republish "Tarih ve =
Toplum" in a new format: Changing its title into "Tarih ve Toplum. Yeni =
Yaklasimlar" ["History and Society. New Approaches"] it will be a =
six-monthly refereed academic journal of history in Turkish language. =
The first issue of the new series appears in Spring 2005. It aims to =
function as a platform for fresh thematic, theoretical and =
methodological debates and discussions in historical studies without any =
limitations in terms of topics, geographical area and period. It covers =
