[Discussion] CFP: Embodiment in the Arts and Digital Media (2/18/05; online journal)

The Dance and New Media Project at the University of California, Los
Angeles is now accepting submissions for Volume 2 (2005) of Extensions:
The Online Journal for Embodied Technology. This volume of the journal
will be titled:
Mediated Bodies: Locating Corporeality in a Pixilated World
The journal welcomes submissions from artists and scholars working at
the intersection of the body and new technologies. We encourage the
submission of scholarly essays, interviews, and live or media/web-based
art works, dance, as well as visual, sound, and performance art. The
deadline for submissions is February 18, 2005, yet we are always
accepting submissions for future volumes.
For consideration, please submit your work with a short biography in
electronic form by e-mail. Please also note, that if your work is
accepted, the journal requires either a hard copy of your work or
high-resolution files uploaded to the internet. For hard copy
submissions, please send a CD or DVD to the following address:
