Call for Papers for:

The Encyclopedia of Women and Islamic Cultures (EWIC)-volume 5.

We are currently seeking authors for entries on various topics covering =
IRAN and TURKEY.  If you might be interested in contributing to EWIC, =
contact Maryann Shenoda (mshenoda@fas.harvard.edu ) with a brief =
description of your past and present publications, interests, or =
projects or cv.

Please also feel free to ask questions about the project or these =
particular entries.  If you would like to contribute to EWIC but feel =
that you would prefer to write on another topic, please do mention your =
relevant areas of expertise and current research interests so we can =
identify a more appropriate match with our pre-established set of =
topics.  Also, if you would like to recommend another person who you =
feel may be suitable to write on these subjects, we would be grateful.
