The social bouleversement, the reinforced concurrency on the global level f=
or the permanent innovation and quality in economy, a society that more a=
nd more individualise and diversify force us to question the art in a rad=
ical way, its importance in our lives and our economies, the importance o=
f its financing and promotion.
What does art bring to individuals, to State and to economy? Why, with whic=
h intention do we finance culture? Art would die without the third part?s=
 financial support? Can we live without paintings, music, theatre or lite=
rature?=20
