This interdisciplinary conference has been organised by *The Ferguson=20
Centre for African and Asian Studies* at The Open University and the=20
Globalization, Identity Politics, and Social Conflict 'GIPSC' Project.=20
At this conference, papers will focus on specific migrant groups or=20
particular aspects of the migration process in specific contexts.=20
Contributors will deliver papers on the experience of migration as=20
reflected in cultural discourse and texts in the United Kingdom, Europe,=20
Turkey, Bulgaria, China, India, Nigeria, Morocco, and Iran, and will=20
range across a variety of topics in literary studies, sociolinguistics,=20
economics, media studies, and politics.

The registration fee for this conference is =A335.25 per day which=20
