We have a great pleasure in inviting you to participate in the third =
international conference

LANGUAGES, TECHNOLOGIES AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY

at Kaunas University of Technology (http://www.ktu.lt/en/)

Kaunas, LITHUANIA,

18-20 June, 2004

The objective of the conference is to provide an international forum for 
academics, educators, researchers, teachers and postgraduate students 
from around the world to exchange practices as well as to stimulate the 
implementation of innovative approaches and to integrate Digital 
Technologies (DT) into the studies of modern languages and culture.

The conference is expected to result in a broadening of the knowledge 
base of international DT development, to foster the formation of 
professional networks among participants and to promote best practices 
in implementing DT in language and culture integrated studies.


THE LANGUAGES OF THE CONFERENCE: English, French, German, Russian and =
Lithuanian

The conference will include a number of plenary and paper presentation 
sessions.

Papers submitted for the conference proceedings will be reviewed and
published in an electronic format. Selected papers on language issues 
will be fully refereed and published in the journal STUDIES ABOUT 
LANGUAGES (ISSN 1648-2824, web site http://www.kalbos.lt).


The extended deadline for submission of abstracts and registration forms 
is February 25, 2004.
