[sule tarakcioglu]

Dear Colleagues,

I am happy to announce that a _*provisional*_ list of speakers at the
Tenth Annual Conference of the Central and Inner Asia Seminar (CIAS
2004), to be held at the University of Toronto on April 16th and 17th,
is now on our website

www.utoronto.ca/deeds/cias/cias.html
We hope that many of you will be able to join us this year. If so,
please fill in our on-line pre-registration form.
However, since this form will also be used to estimate numbers for
catering purposes, please DO NOT fill it in until you are sure that you
will be able to attend the conference.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best wishes
