        On behalf of the Institute for Cultural Relations Policy, we are
        writing to
        bring to your attention the upcoming event hosted by ICRP in
        partnership with
        other leading institutions. Our international conference will be
        held on 8–9
        February, 2013. Please find attached the invitation and the
        registration form
        and let your colleagues know about the possibility of
        participating in the
        conference. If it is necessary, please forward the conference
        invitation to the
        relevant departments of your institution.<br>

        One of the ICRP’s objectives is to establish an international
        cooperation
        network of research institutions, universities, analysts and
        NGOs in order to
        encourage intercultural dialogue, promote the peaceful
        development of
        international relations and preserve cultural diversity.
        Following this mission
        our Institute considers it very important to provide a meeting
        place for
        diplomats, politicians, young intellectuals and decision makers
        of the future.
        The conference held in February is going to be a milestone for
        this
        collaboration.<br>

        During the conference we will provide opportunity to young and
        talented
        graduate and postgraduate students or researchers to publish
        their research
        findings.<br>
