oyuncuların bir arada deneyimlediği rol yapma oyunlarına, partilerde toplu
oynanan dans ve müzik oyunlarından gerçek mekanlarda yaşanan mobil deneyimlere
uzanan çağdaş dijital oyun yelpazesi giderek belli içerikleri “aktaran” yapılar

iletişim bilimlerinin önemli sorunsallarından biridir. Oyun türlerinin her
geçen gün artan sayısı yanında deneyimin oyuncu ve dolayımlanan içerik arasında
gerçekleşmesi de bu sorunsalın kaynaklarından biri olup; çözüm arayışlarında kullanıcı,
platform, (sosyal) bağlam ve genel olarak kültürün de dikkate alınması
gerektiğini göstermektedir.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

katkılar sağlamış olsalar da, iletişim çalışmalarının ve psikolojinin geleneksel
kullanım ve etki modelleri dijital oyunlara özgü özellikleri tanımlama ve
haritalama noktasında yeterince etkin olamamaktadırlar. Buna karşılık, oyun
çalışmaları temelli kuram ve çözümleme yöntemlerinin ise anaakım iletişim ve
medya araştırmaları ile bağlantılandırılmasında zorluklar yaşanmış ve bunların

Working Group organizasyonu ile Bilgi Üniversitesi işbirliği ve ev sahipliğinde,
BUG Bahçeşehir University Game Lab ve DIGRA Turkish Chapter platformlarının
akademik desteğiyle gerçekleştirilecek “<b>Dijital Oyun Deneyimi</b>” başlıklı
ECREA 2012 ön-konferansı bu soruna odaklanmakta ve dijital oyunların kullanımı,
etkileri ve oyun kültürü üzerine önemli tartışmalar başlatmayı hedeflemektedir.
Ön-konferansta; üretime yönelik araştırmalar, içerik analizi, etki ve kullanım
araştırmaları, kültürel analizler ve tasarım odaklı anlayışlar gibi farklı
disiplinlerden yaklaşımlar, yöntemler ve bakış açılarını içeren çalışmalar yolu
ile oyun deneyimi üzerine geniş bir tartışma alanı açılabilmesi
hedeflenmektedir. </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; ">Ön-konferans kapsamında
düzenlenecek “<b>Türkiye Özel Paneli</b>” ise
yukarıda ele alınan başlıklar bağlamında Türkiye’de gerçekleştirilen dijital
oyun konulu bilimsel çalışmaların bir arada sunulmasına imkan sağlayacak bir
etkinlik olarak tasarlanmıştır. Panel, dijital oyun deneyimi ana başlığı
altında; örneklemi Türkiye olmak şartı olmaksızın; başta iletişim olmak üzere
farklı disiplinlerden gelen dijital oyun odaklı araştırmalara ve kuramsal
