The AH international conference focuses on scientific contributions towards augmenting humans capabilities through technology for increased well-being and enjoyable human experience. As for AH'10 and AH'11, the proceedings of the conference should be published in the ACM Digital Library as a volume in its International Conference Proceedings Series. As the conference venue is an upper-class ski resort with many art fans, a special Augmented Human and Art (AHA) exhibition session open to the public should be organised on March 10th and 11th if enough demonstration and art material are accepted to the conference. The art researchers may choose to put on sale their art material exhibited during the exhibition session. <br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Scopes and Interests:<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Augmented and Mixed Reality<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Internet of Things<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Augmented Sport<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Sensors and Hardware<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Wearable Computing<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Augmented Health<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Augmented Well-being<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Smart artifacts & Smart Textiles<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Augmented Tourism and Games<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Ubiquitous Computing<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Bionics and Biomechanics<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Training/Rehabilitation Technology<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Exoskeletons<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Brain Computer Interface<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Augmented Context-Awareness<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Augmented Fashion<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Augmented Art<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Safety, Ethics and Legal Aspects<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Security and Privacy<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Submission Categories:<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">There are four paper categories to be published in the ACM digital library according to the ACM format :<br style="line-height: 17px; ">1) short paper (4 pages, 15 minutes presentation during the AH conference on March 8th and 9th)<br style="line-height: 17px; ">2) full paper (8 pages, 30 minutes presentation during the AH conference on March 8th and 9th)<br style="line-height: 17px; ">3) poster paper (2 pages, poster presented during the AH conference on March 8th and 9th)<br style="line-height: 17px; ">4) special demonstration/art material paper (2 pages, demonstration/art material during the public exhibition on March 10th and 11th)<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Important Dates:<br style="line-height: 17px; ">January 13th 2012 23:59 PST, all papers submission deadline (full, short, poster, demos...)<br style="line-height: 17px; ">February 3rd 2012, author notification<br style="line-height: 17px; ">February 10th 2012, camera-ready copy and ACM copyright submitted<br style="line-height: 17px; ">March 8th and 9th 2012, scientific conference in Megève<br style="line-height: 17px; ">March 10th and 11th 2012, potential augmented human and art public exhibition (to be confirmed)<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Organizing Committee:<br style="line-height: 17px; "><br style="line-height: 17px; ">Jean-Marc Seigneur, University of Geneva, Switzerland<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Jun Rekimoto, The University of Tokyo, Japan<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Hideki Koike, University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Tsutomu Terada, Kobe University, Japan<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Pranav Mistry, MIT, USA<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Guillaume Moreau, Ecole Centrale de Nantes, France<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Peter Fröhlich, FTW - Telecommunications Research Center Vienna, Austria<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Jacques Lefaucheux, JLX3D, France<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Masahiko Inami, Keio Media Design, Japan<br style="line-height: 17px; ">George Baciu, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Ivan Poupyrev, Disney Research, USA<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Jean-Louis Vercher, CNRS et Université de la Méditerranée, France<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Hartmut Koenitz, University of Georgia, USA<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Janet Murray, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Ken Knoespel, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Gabriele Ferri, Dipartimento di Discipline della Comunicazione, Università di Bologna, Italy<br style="line-height: 17px; ">Patrick J.
