<p>Islamic History, pre-1700
<br>
The Department of History at the University of Arkansas invites
applications for a tenure-track, assistant professor of Islamic
History, pre-1700. The successful candidate will have a 2/2 teaching
load and will be expected to contribute to the Department&#8217;s graduate
program as well as the King Fahd Center for Middle East and Islamic
Studies. Candidates from all geographical specialties are encouraged to
apply. The deadline for applications is October 22, 2010. Please send a
