Interdisciplinary Program for Third Sector Studies in El Colegio
Mexiquense, A.C. He has completed his PhD in London School of Economics
on community participatory development, and he has various publications
and ongoing research projects on civil society, third sector, community
participation and state-NGO relationships.</div>
