<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Karadeniz
ve civarı Türk halkları hakkında, 21 – 23 Ekim 2010 Tarihleri
arasında bir sempozyum yapılacaktır. Sempozyum, Karadeniz
civarındaki bütün Türk halklarını sosyal bilimler disiplininde
konu edinecektir. Sempozyumun dili Türkçe – İngilizce ve
Rusçadır. Katılımcılara tercümanlık hizmeti verilecektir. </p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.24cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Bu
sempozyum ile Kara Deniz civarında yaşayan Türk halkları, bu
halkların önderleri ve cemaat liderleri ile bu alanda çalışma
yapan bilim adamlarını bir araya getirmek, medeniyetler diyalogu
bağlamında çalışma yapmak amaçlanmıştır. Kara Deniz
Civarındaki devletlerde yaşayan Türk halklarının tanınması,
dil – kültür – tarih miraslarının bilimsel alanda
tartışılması, kayıt ve tasnifleme çalışmalarının yapılması
ve bir merkezde bu halklara ait arşiv oluşturulması planlanmıştır.
Bu bağlamda</p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.24cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Sempozyum
uluslar arası olup, sempozyum düzenleme kurulunca tebliği kabul
edilenler katılacaktır. Ayrıca dinleyici olarak da katılım
mümkündür.</p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Katılımcıların
konaklama masrafları sempozyum düzenleyicileri tarafından
karşılanacaktır. </p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Konuya
ilgi duyan akademisyen ve araştırmacıların 30 Haziran 2010
tarihine kadar bildiri başlıklarını aşağıda verilen
sekretaryaya göndermesi beklenmektedir.</p>

<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Tebliğ
özetleri ve metinler Times New Roman karakterinde 11 puntoda, 1,5
satır aralığında olmalıdır. Dipnotlar metin içinde verilmeli,
ayrıca kaynaklar tebliğ yazısının sonunda gösterilmelidir. </p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Özetler
100 kelimeyi geçmeyecek şekilde yapılmalıdır.</p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Belirlenen
zamanda tebliğini teslim etmeyenlerin yazıları bilgi şöleni
kitabında yer almayacaktır. </p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Poster
bildiriler ve slâyt gösterileri bilgi şöleni kitabında yer
almayacaktır. </p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Tebliğlerin
başlıkları, özetleri ve anahtar kelimeleri Türkçe – Rusça ve
İngilizce olarak tebliğler kitabında yer alacaktır. Bu nedenle
bilgi şöleni için kabul edilen dillerin en az ikisinde özet ve
başlıklar ile anahtar kelimeler (Türkçe – Rusça, Türkçe –
İngilizce, İngilizce – Rusça) verilmelidir. 3. dile özet,
başlık ve anahtar kelimeler tarafımızca çevrilecektir.</p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Yayınlanan
tebliğler için telif ücreti ödenmeyecektir.</p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Tebliğlerin
sunumunda ihtiyaç duyulan teknolojik aletler önceden bilgi
verildiği takdirde tarafımızca temin edilecektir.</p>
<p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify">Her
biri sahasının uzmanı olan danışma kurulu tarafından
onaylanmayan veya düzeltilmesi istenen tebliğler yazarlarına iade
edilecektir. Danışma kurulumuz hakemlik görevini üstlenecektir.</p>

sorumluluğu yazarlara aittir.</p>
