english and hungarian (lectures may be in any world languages).<BR>The Congress
programme will take place in the Main Building of the University of
Debrecen.<BR>The opening ceremony and the plenary sessions will be in the
Kölcsey Center, while the section lectures and symposia will be in university
classrooms. </FONT></P>

<H4><FONT face="Palatino Linotype">Cancellation and refunding</FONT></H4>
<P><FONT face="Palatino Linotype">The registration fee will be refunded with the
exception of administrative costs (EUR 30), if the cancellation reaches the
organizing committee before 30 June. After 30 June no refund will be
made.</FONT></P>
<H4><FONT face="Palatino Linotype">Confirmation</FONT></H4>
<P><FONT face="Palatino Linotype">Your registration, accommodation reservation
and payment will be confirmed electronically after receiving your registration
form and payment (confirmation in writing are only possible by special
request).</FONT></P>
<H4><FONT face="Palatino Linotype">Invitation letter</FONT></H4>
<P><FONT face="Palatino Linotype">The organizing committee will send a letter of
invitation to any individual requesting one. Such a letter is, however, not a
commitment on the part of the Congress to provide any financial
support.</FONT></P>
<H4><FONT face="Palatino Linotype">Languages</FONT></H4>
<P><FONT face="Palatino Linotype">The official languages of the Congress are
English and Hungarian. Plenary lectures will be held in Hungarian. The languages
of the symposia are also English and Hungarian; symposia chairs may decide to
accept presentations in other languages in their symposia as well. Programme and
other materials published by the organizing committee will be available in
Hungarian.</FONT></P>

information and news. Pre-congress publications will only be available there.
You will also find there the list of participants, symposia and abstracts, a
list of accommodations and lunch facilities and bus- and railway-schedules on

luncheon. The university canteen will be open during the Congress, which has an
